When the old church sign had weathered beyond repair Maud Garrick and Ted Davis decided to have a new one made that was an exact duplicate of the worn one. The difficulty was in finding someone to do the work. But Ted finally located a company in Thomasville who constructed the lovely sign you see on the right.

This sign was donated by Ted's church, the Catherine Presbyterian Church, to Lower Peach Tree.

The yellow and black sign (left) is a replica of an older one which had been on display outside the church and had later been hung on a wall inside the church. While Ted was having the new white sign made, he also had this new black and yellow one made. He presented it to Maud in honor of her years of work on the homecoming event.

The generous congregation of the Catherine Prebyterian Church also donated this sign.

During the homecoming program Ted displayed an old Liberty Methodist Church sign. This one he also had duplicated and dedicated to the memory of his mother and father. The Liberty Methodist Church is in Hestle.
